Returns Policy
Change of Mind
As all our services are bespoke, our change of mind and cancellation policy depends on the stage of your order:

Before Artwork Approval: The 50% deposit is non-refundable, and no refund will be provided.

After Approval or Once Production Has Begun: Cancellations and returns are not accepted.

Illustrations: As each illustration is custom-made, cancellations and returns are not accepted at any stage.
Design Errors
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs carefully. This includes checking:

Dates
-
Contact Details

Layout
-
Grammar

Illustrations and Images
If you require changes, please notify us promptly. Once approved, Vows and Visions is not responsible for any errors. Corrections may incur a fee if your order has not yet entered production. Any errors identified during or after production will be reprinted at the client’s expense.
Colour Variations
Please note that refunds and returns are not available for colour discrepancies between screen proofs and final prints.

Screen proofs are displayed in RGB, while final prints use CMYK, which may result in noticeable colour differences.

Variations may also occur between printers, print runs, and media types.
Vows and Visions is not responsible for colour variations between proofs and printed products.
Loss or Damage
Once your order has been dispatched, Vows and Visions is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

All orders are packaged with care, and a tracking number is provided on the day of dispatch.

Any issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. After this period, the order will be deemed accepted.

We are not responsible for lost envelopes once mailed by the client.
